What we did for our clients:

In the past 10 years we had the opportunity to work with:

KPMG (Norway), Vandemoortele, SAPI, ILIAS Solutions, One Logistics, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Thermo King, Colruyt, Heidelberg Cement, Somfy, Allianz, Creative Software (Sri Lanka), CMV Solutions, RogersCorporation, 2steden-EZ (hospital), Jones Day, Exact, Philips .

We mainly do 3 activities: We train people in IT Service Management, so people speak the same language, we facilitate a project to implement a better way of working and we link the strategy of the organisation with the day to day work. We often use the software tools that the organisation already have, like Omnitracker, Service Now, Topdesk, SpiceWorks or Salesforce.

During the past 10 years our offering in trainingmaterial evolved also. We have trained many people in ITIL®, active as reviewer of ITIL4 material, we used also Insights and recently we are also certificied to coach organisations in USM. We ordered our material via ITPreneurs and in 2020 we started also to work with Van Haren Publishing and SURVUZ.
