We use workshops in our TraJect™ Approach.
What are the main ingredients?
- A practical location with enough space to work with a group
- A Sponsor that ideally participates at least at the kick of and the closure
- A predefined goal and deliverables
- A program or time table
- A little theory, but a lot of exercises and just doing tasks
- A group of people participating in a interactive way.
The workshops are integrated in program or TraJect™, where we work with the group(s), the leader(s) and also on individual level.
