About Jeroen Bekaert:

Jeroen Bekaert has been a freelance Service Management Consultant for the last 15 years. He build up his experience during his active role for organisations like Shell, ABN Amro, HP, and the Departments of Justice and the Department of General Affairs. He has performed roles as service management consultant, service manager and project manager for service management projects. With his background in implementing service management tooling he always aspires to adjust procedures and tooling on each other in a pragmatic way. Jeroen has implemented USM for his last 2 customers over the last 3 years.
