9 Tiles of Grip are a topic within the leadership and communication learning modules of Begrip®. Today we will emphasize on three areas.

Serving communication: 
In this interactive introduction we will explore the baseline of communication and the communication process. Identifying Filters, Distortions, Deletions & Feedback. Today we will focus on Feedback, giving a unique insight on how Feedback is key to serve effective communication.

Perception:
Next to being part of our leadership and communication learning modules, this topic is a key element for those that work with Insights Discovery as well.

We will touch different definitions of Perception and let you experience the meaningfulness of grasping  perception in a business perspective. Perception forming, uses complex functions of the nervous system, seemingly effortless processing outside the conscious awareness…

To top off the morning sessions we will tie the knots together so you will be able to fully master your outcomes. You will be more aware and more in charge of the expected behavior of your general interactions.
