Buzz words like Change, Management of Change, Re-engineering, paradigm shift, often trigger feelings of doing things wrong. Why do we have to change?  We think that you only have to move. Alan Dexler and David Sibbet gave us some questions. These questions will make you move in the graph below. What Am I doing here (Orientation)? Who are you (Trust) ? What are we going to do (Goals)? How (Dedication)? Who, what, when (implementation)?

A group moves forward if one person dares to make the first step. Nothing will happen if  you are not ready to make mistakes. Is it really wrong to make mistakes? Are these insights a fundamental part of our learning and becoming successful?

The resistance kicks in and an uncomfortable feeling might come forward. We work with people, with groups and we experienced the easiness to help people to look different, think differently and further act differently. You will break down your patterns while positively influencing your environment. The learning part starts, and the fun is back.
