The ability of a group to grow is depended on the coherence and skills of the individuals therein. To enable members of the group on an individual level to enhance their needed capabilities and professionalise the teams as whole, will surely contribute to a better understanding and realisation of mutual benefits.  What does each person need, to identify and prioritise the key organisational issues and their involvement and contribution to a solution or improvement?
Depending on your company preferences we can work strictly with OPQ, MBTI, Insights Discovery, PAPI, 7 heads, Personal Driver Assessment, Personality Type indicator, or a more practical tailored combination and mixture.
Finding and building the trust and willingness to move on to Solution State is the most important.
