Creating a Roadmap – (TraJect)

We facilitate the implementation with our combination of training and strategic project follow up, (which results in the word TraJect™).

A roadmap provides the strategy to mobilize, align, commit, focus, accelerate, and amplify the process of change to propel your organization to radically higher levels of engagement, transparency, and performance.

Traject

If you lookup the word “traject” in the dictionary, you will find that it’s origin is derived from Latin: trājectus (past participle of trāicere) and is further defined as a verb which means to transport, transmit or transpose. It also states that it is Archaic language. We found this to almost perfectly match our understanding of the tracks we implement. Transforming People and Organizations, starting from the company legacy, existing (old) habits,  processes and technology to make it future proof and ready to cope with todays demanding markets.

You decide the strategic key elements; we only help to make it happen, by moving (transport, transmit or transpose) the people within a shared understanding to Solution State.

How do we do this?

We list the issues, the concerns, the show Stoppers and the things that works well.

Diagnose

We often start with a Diagnose and it is not the perceived problem that is our main interest, we are curious why and how you (and your organisation) are dealing with this problem. What is the problem behind the problem? And by sharing our observations a relationship starts to grow. We do 6 types of interventions.

What the types of interventions?

  • On location, One on One intervention and support, topic related
  • On location, building deliverables or providing techniques/templates
  • Workshop/Group Training (e.g. ITIL® or Getting IT Done)
  • Conference Call or online Video Meeting
  • Offside Support, building deliverables or providing techniques/templates
  • Webex Sessions, Distance Learning

We help you with our combination of training and project follow up, (which gives the word traject or in English, Path, Roadmap). You decide the key elements; we only help to make it happen, by moving the people within a shared understanding on a better Path. After 12 weeks we check the results.
